Description
This PR implements a shareable link feature on the user's profile page that displays their public pull requests (PRs).
Added a new route to display PRs using GitHub’s search/issues API
Added navigation from the user profile to the shareable PR link
How Has This Been Tested?
Verified the shareable link shows expected data with proper UI handling
Manually tested with multiple GitHub usernames to ensure consistent results
